Salesforce Project Manager

  • We provide cloud-based Salesforce CRM and Microsoft consulting, implementation and development services for growth-conscious start-ups, established businesses and enterprises in Hungary, the UK and the CEE region.
  • Our office is located in the XI. District (5 minutes from Móricz Zsigmond square).  

What you will be doing

  • Project planning and management, ensure delivery of BitMist’s projects within defined time-, quality- and budget;
  • Conduct internal and client facing project meetings
  • Effective communication with client stakeholders, as well as project teams
  • Planning project stages
  • Coordinating the duties and tasks of the project teams;
  • Identification of project dependencies, critical path and risks
  • Development and implementation of risk mitigation plans to counter threats posed to project delivery;
  • Adjusting plans to solve unexpected circumstances;
  • Monitoring progress, reporting on project status, prepare status reports
    Manage project’s documentation

What you can offer

• Degree in Economics or IT 
• Minimum 3 years of experience with project and process management, preferably in CRM or ERP
• Knowledge of various project methodologies (eg. Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
• Approach conflicts as opportunities
• Establish and genuinely maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and focused on gaining their trust and respect and make effort to understand behaviors
• Willingness to travel and work on client site
• Professional written and verbal English
• Outstanding cultural understanding, networking, and efficient communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, fluency with Microsoft Office tools, understanding of CRM
• Analytic mindset 
• Inner drive for quality and real business value 
• Team player but ability to work independently, simultaneously with more departments or clients 
• Effective at time Management, planning and able to set priorities
• Excellent organizing and conflicts management skills 
• Keen to take responsibility 
• Project first attitude
• Consultative approach
• Good presentation skills
• High quality delivery even if under pressure 
• Good understanding of task dependencies and priorities, punctual, keeping deadlines
