Salesforce Senior / Medior Business Analyst

What you will be doing

  • Keep in touch with customers, partners, vendors 
  • Analyse business processes  (Sales, Customer service, Marketing) 
  • Consult clients to find the most suitable solutions for their business needs 
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts / Consultants 
  • Assign and ensure tasks being delivered on time in the highest quality 
  • Manage Project end-to-end 
  • Prepare, review, approve, fine tune design specifications, workshop documentation, data model, training material, user guides, one pagers 
  • Actively contribute to meetings with other departments and projects 
  • Support developers, testers and users 
  • Prepare and hold client presentations up to the executive level 
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (requirement discovery meetings, client demos) 

What we expect from you

  • Degree in Economics or IT 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant or business analyst in CRM or ERP implementation projects 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Professional written and verbal English 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • Analytical mindset 
  • Inner drive for quality and real business value 
  • Team player but ability to work independently, simultaneously with more departments or clients 
  • Excellent organizing and conflict management skills 
  • Keen to take responsibility 
  • Customer first attitude 
  • High quality delivery even if under pressure 
  • Good understanding of task dependencies and priorities  
  • Attention to detail and keeping the deadlines
