BUSINESS ANALYST
Carry out customers’ business needs assessment, develop business solutions, have a good understanding of the processes supported by the CRM system, assistance in identifying the business requirements.

WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
- Carrying out consulting tasks as a member of the Salesforce CRM Consulting team, with the support of experienced colleagues in CRM projects for our customers
- Participating in the development of business solutions, roadmap maintenance, mediation to development teams.
- Understanding the processes supported by the CRM system, assisting in the formulation of the needs of the business side.
- Assessing the business needs of our customers, defining requirements, preparing design specifications and mapping these business needs, defining and maintaining tasks (backlog elements) based on these.
- Consultation with Scrum team, developers, operators, joint development of PoC-s and final CRM solutions.
- Testing processes and support UAT period.
- Preparation of customer presentations and documentation.
- Documentation of the solutions being prepared and completed, maintenance of the documentation.
- Support for business development activities and internal processes.
- Building and developing relationships with internal and external customers.
- All this full time.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION?
- 1-5 years of CRM or ERP implementation and support experience.
- Experience in business and IT problem analysis and solution.
- Ability to quickly see complex systems.
- Proactivity: it is good if you recognize the area that needs improvement and you make suggestions for resolving the issues.
- Flexibility, learning skills, comprehensive professional interest.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills. You will communicate with clients, this is paramount.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Advanced and independent problem-solving ability, a high degree of independence and initiative.
- Team spirit, ability to organize tasks.
- Active English language skills both verbal and in writing. We have several clients and colleagues who are not native Hungarian speakers.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
HOW CAN YOU RAISE YOUR CHANCES?
- With experience in large corporate projects.
- Project management experience.
- You speak English on negotiation level and you speak other foreign languages.
- Experience with Salesforce.com usage and customization
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
